Who We Are
East Lynn Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), in Anderson, Indiana... offers a loving environment in which to worship, fellowship, and serve together as the family of God.
Our focus is on developing a deeper relationship with Christ, which naturally compels us to proclaim and live out our love for one another, our neighbors, Madison County, and the world.
Being disciples of the Lord, we seek to be instruments of God's transforming hand in this world. One way ELCC lives this out is through its Food Pantry ministry, available to those in need each Wednesday from 12-2:00 p.m.
We'd love to have you join us @ ELCC, to see what the LORD is doing within, and through, this particular community of disciples!β

"If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing.
If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing. Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.
Love does not delight in evil, but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres." 1 Cor. 13:1-7
